- Glimmer/Grinder Ltd is a company incorporated on the 14/12/2007 under the laws of Malta, with registration number C-43108 and with registered address at 115B, Suite 3, Old Mint Street, Valletta. Glimmer/Grinder Ltd trades under the trade name klavercasino.com (accordingly any reference to klavercasino.com or Glimmer/Grinder shall be construed as constituting a reference to Glimmer/Grinder Ltd).
- Glimmer/Grinder Ltd was awarded a Class 1 on 4 license on the 30/05/2008, with number LGA/CL1/447/2008 by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority (lga.org.mt).

Each User is required to accept these terms and conditions when registering for an account with Glimmer/Grinder and is bound by them throughout the existence of the relationship.
- Glimmer/Grinder reserves the right to change these terms and conditions including any of the game specific rules at any time and without prior notice. Should there be modifications to these Terms & Conditions, the revised Terms & Conditions shall be notified to the Player, who prior to accessing his account for the first time after such changes take place, must re-confirm his/her acceptance. 2 Account Rules
- Any Player applying for an account must be at least 18 years old, or in the case of Estonian nationals not less than 21 years of age.

Players agree to abide by these terms and conditions at all times, and also confirm that they are:
- not acting in the interests of any third party;
- not utilising funds originating from any criminal activity or activities;
- not utilising bank accounts, debit cards, credit card/s they are not authorised to use;
- not going to attempt to hack the website or, to alter its code in any way;
- not going to take part or organise any criminal actions against Glimmer/Grinder, its affiliates, and its Players.
- In the event of a Player not respecting one or more of the rules as mentioned in 2.1,2.2 and 2.3, Glimmer/Grinder will close the account and may confiscate the available funds.
- It is the responsibility of the Player to verify that when opening an account and conducting business with Glimmer/Grinder they are not breaking any laws and are of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction.
- In order to open an account with Glimmer/Grinder, the prospective customer must correctly fill in the online registration Form found on the website and read and accept the terms and conditions as found on the website www.klavercasino.com.
- The Player must submit true and correct information during his registration, which include a valid identification, address and contact email or personal telephone number. The Player also agrees to keep the information submitted updated should there be any changes to the personal data provided. The player must register personally and in his/her own name.
- The Player is restricted to opening only one account or having one active account at any point in time. It is prohibited for players to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other players.
- Glimmer/Grinder may, at its own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an account or close an existing account. In this case any contractual obligations already made, shall be honoured. - All accounts are opened and transacted in the Euro currency;
- No interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount, held in the Player’s account. Glimmer/Grinder Ltd is not, and does not purport to be, a financial institution.
- It is the responsibility of the player to keep track of winnings and report them to the proper authorities, if the player resides in a jurisdiction where those winnings are taxable.
- During the registration process the Player will be able to choose his login name and password. This password may be changed by the Player at any time.
- The Player must keep his login ID and Password secret at all times. In this respect, Glimmer/Grinder advises the Player not to write down his login ID and password in a way that can be easily found or used. Glimmer/Grinder also advises the Player not to leave his computer unattended when logged in so that he can avoid any one using his account without his consent. Glimmer/Grinder also advises the Player to construct a password which contains upper case and lower case alphabetical characters and numbers with a minimum length of six characters.
- If a bet/s is placed using the login name and password of a Player it will be considered to have been made by the same Players and therefore shall be accepted and deemed valid.
- Glimmer/Grinder reserves the right to examine and confirm the identity of its Players. When deemed necessary, Glimmer/Grinder will request that documentation proving the Player’s identity is forwarded to its offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo id’s, bank statements, references, last utility bill, etc.
- If an account remains inactive for a period of 30 months or more, Glimmer/Grinder is obliged to report such accounts to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, in accordance with the Remote Gaming Regulations. Glimmer/Grinder may be asked to transfer any outstanding balances to the care of the Authority. Glimmer/Grinder will attempt to transfer such funds to the Player before reporting to the Authority.
- Following uninterrupted inactivity (i.e : When no login is performed on the platform) for a duration of at least 12 months, a monthly account maintenance fee of five euros (€5) will be charged by Glimmer Ltd after the 12th month of continuous inactivity.
- Players who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support on email@example.com
- It’s not allowed to open more then one account per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number and IP-address where computers are shared (university, school, workspace, public library, etc.) at Klavercasino.com. The only exception is when support agrees to open a new account beforehand in writing (E-mail / chat). In case of allowing a second account this second account will not have any rights to receive bonusses or free spins. Any winnings as a result from these bonusses or free spins will be forfeit. Klavercasino.com is always entitled to close the second accounts when there is a suspicion and / or detection of fraud, to freeze the financial assets and any profits will not be payed.
3 Deposits, Transfers and Withdrawals
- Deposits can be made into the account by bank transfer, telegraphic/wire transfer, by VISA and MASTERCARD. The name on the credit card, eWallet or the bank transfer should be identical to that of the Player transferring the funds. If this is not the case, the deposit will be rejected and the funds paid back. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
- Minimum deposits:
- 10 Euros on deposits made by Credit Card, eWallet or wire transfer.
- 30 Euros for deposits made by bank transfer.
- Maximum deposits: 10.000 EUR maximum per day

Depending on the currency, frequency of requests and on the chosen withdrawal option, certain transaction fees may apply. - The minimum amount for a withdrawal into a Visa card (CFT) is €30 (thirty Euro);
Before a withdrawal request is carried out Glimmer/Grinder must be satisfied about the authenticity and veracity of the Player.

12. Glimmer/Grinder has the right at any time to request relevant documents from player to ensure authenticity.
13. Any transaction fees which may arise when a player deposits shall be incurred by Glimmer/Grinder. However in the event of withdrawals, transaction fees may be incurred by the Player. If the method of withdrawal chosen by the Player occasions any charges, these shall be made known to the Player and deducted from the funds demanded to be withdrawn.
14. All transactions made by players on our site are checked to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relative authorities.
15. In accordance with applicable law and licence conditions imposed on Glimmer/Grinder, in particular, Regulation 40(3) of the Remote Gaming Regulations (L.N. 176 of 2004) and the Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice, player funds are protected in the event of insolvency by segregation of funds in a separate bank account. 4 Betting Rules
- A bet can only be placed by a registered Player.
- A bet can only be placed over the Internet.
- A bet can only be placed by a Player if he has sufficient funds in his account with Glimmer/Grinder.
- The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of terms and conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.
- A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the betting offer from Glimmer/Grinder is received on the device or computer of the Player.
- The Player affirms that at the time he placed a bet or bets he had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective game or that actions are being taken to affect the outcome of the games. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule, Glimmer/Grinder retains the right to void the bet and refuse to pay out winnings. It also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with other laws and regulations.

- A mistake regarding the details of a bet or bets will not influence the validity of the bet. Once no more bets are being taken a Player will not be able to change his bet/s.

- Glimmer/Grinder manages the Player’s account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
- The Player is fully responsible for the bets placed, on Internet. - Winnings will be paid into the Player’s account after the final result is confirmed. - If bets, which exceed the stated amounts, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the Player.

5.Miscarried & Aborted Games
- Should a Player’s device malfunction or internet connection be lost after the bet has been placed and received on Glimmer/Grinder’s system, the bet/s will be accepted and will participate in the game. The outcome of the game can be checked after the Player’s device or connection are functioning properly again.
- In the case of Live Blackjack should the Player’s device or connection be lost and the Player’s cards are still below 16 points then another card or cards will be drawn until the points total exceeds 16 or 21. The Player will be credited with any winnings. No more bets will be placed after the connection is lost or a player does not communicate with the croupier for 2 minutes.
- Should any of Glimmer/Grinder’s systems malfunction before a result is determined then all confirmed bets will be immediately voided and bets that have been confirmed will be credited back to the player’s account.

- Should one or more term or condition of this agreement be declared void by a recognised Court of Justice, then the remaining Terms & Conditions would retain their validity.

In the event that your complaint has not been resolved through the above procedures, you may wish to bring a claim before the Malta Arbitration Centre as a registered Alternative Dispute Resolution. Provided that the Arbitration Centre does not classify the action as vexatious or frivolous then the Company shall bear the entire costs of the action.
- It is important that only complaints of a serious nature are escalated to the Authority or to the Malta Arbitration Centre.
11 Bonus General Terms & Conditions

- disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other members’ ability to engage in chats;
- market, advertise, solicit, on behalf of any third party be it a competitor or non-related group, commercial enterprise, non-profit organization, and or political/religious group or general cause;
- violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, whether intentional or unintentional;
- victimise, harass, degrade, or intimidate any individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;

However, with respect to content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Chat facility, you grant Glimmer/Grinder Limited worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licenses to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed. This also includes reporting offensive content to the relevant authorities.
3. No Duty to Monitor
You agree that Glimmer/Grinder Limited is not liable for content that is provided by others. Glimmer/Grinder has no duty to pre-screen content, but has the right to refuse to post or to edit submitted content. Glimmer/Grinder records all chat conversations and reserves the right to remove/edit content for any reason, but is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material.
Upon a request by Glimmer/Grinder Limited, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glimmer/Grinder Limited and other affiliated companies, and our respective employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents from any and all actions or procedures that Glimmer/Grinder Limited could face as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Management’s decision with regards to disputes arising from the chat facility is final.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Glimmer/Grinder is operated under the laws and regulations of Malta. Players agree that the courts and tribunals of Malta will have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions.
If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid by law, the remaining parts of this Agreement shall remain in force unless the deletion of such invalid part results in a fundamental change to the rights or obligations of a party.
17. Entire Agreement and Admissibility
17.1 Glimmer/Grinder reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. The player does not have the right to assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement without Glimmer/Grinder prior written consent.
17.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the player and Glimmer/Grinder with respect to the Glimmer/Grinder’s website and the subject matter therein, save for the case of fraud, it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between player and Glimmer/Grinder with respect to the website.
A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
